Miss Arredondo
Funeral services are pending at Treviño Funeral Home for Leslie Arredondo. Miss Arredondo, 13, a student at Moreno Middle School, died Thursday, April 10, in an auto accident.
Mrs. Guajardo
Antonia C. Guajardo, 86, of Beeville, died on Tuesday, April 8, 2008.
She was born on April 8, 1922, in Normanna to Rumulo and Casimira (Lopez) Castillo. She married Aurelio Guajardo on Feb. 28, 1939, in Beeville. She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband on March 7, 1999, and her parents.
Survivors include five daughters, Zenaida (Juan) Muñoz, Gloria (Joe) Rodriguez, Alice Cano and Paula (Richard) Cisneros, all of Beeville, and Mary Jane (Pedro) Rivera of Leavenworth, Kan.; four sons, Eleuterio (Anita) Guajardo and Aurelio (Lydia) Guajardo, all of San Antonio, Richard (Julia) Guajardo of Freeport and Jesse Guajardo of Beeville ; one brother, Adan Castillo of Beeville; two sisters, Victoria Salazar of Beeville and Sulema Ramirez of San Antonio; 36 grandchildren; 65 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held from 1 to 9 p.m. Friday at Angelus Funeral Home. A rosary was recited there at 7 o’clock that evening. Funeral Mass was celebrated at 2 p.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church with Father Lukose Thirunelliparambil officiating. Burial followed at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery No. 2.
Pallbearers were Esmeraldo “B.J.” Sanchez Jr., Eduardo Aurelio Sanchez, Joe Henry Garcia Jr., Juan Muñoz Jr., Aurelio “Wero” Uribe, Joe Hector Perez, Aurelio Guajardo Jr. and Pedro Rivera Jr.
Honorary pallbearers were Richard Guajardo Jr., Esmeraldo Sanchez III, Pablo Uribe and Jason Coffeen.

Mrs. Sullivan
Sandra Sullivan, 57, of George West, died at her home in George West on Wednesday, April 9, 2008.
She was born June 11, 1950, in Fort Stockton to Tom Clark and Jerry (Morgan) Clark. She married Redgy Sullivan on July 18, 1972, in Fort Stockton. She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church in George West.
Survivors include her husband, Redgy Sullivan of George West; two daughters, Tori Lyne and her husband J. of George West and Joanie Sullivan of New Braunfels; three grandchildren, Mason, Conner and Reagan Lyne of George West; her father, Tom Clark of Balmorhea; her mother, Jerry Huggins of Odessa; and numerous family and friends.
Visitation was held Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Galloway & Sons Chapel in George West. Services are scheduled for today (Saturday) at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church in George West, with the Rev. Douglas A. Hinchcliff officiating. Interment will follow at George West Cemetery.
